• hover over tier 3 (Jute) armor cap

Expected Result (What you would expect to happen if there was no bug): crafting time of 7-10 secs

Actual Result (What actually happened): crafting time of 1 sec

Just to confirm, the item shows a crafting time of one sec but actually takes 7-10? I'm not clear on what you mean.

Ok, I can see the item both shows and takes 1 second to craft.
