Staff Code of Conduct
This staff code of conduct, is for all staff who are a part of Thalwyrn. The following codes of conduct must be followed. If broken your position at Thalwyrn may be terminated.
1. Company Values
Thalwyrn is an MMORPG server with elements of SMP. Our main core values consist of

Treat others as you wish to be treated. Make sure to be polite and friendly with all players.

We are part of a community and enjoy spending time with all of our players, So while being a staff member always remember to have fun.

Management is kinder than it looks to be, so don’t be too shy to say Hi!
2. Staff Behavior
As a staff member, you will be representing Thalwyrn in the community at all times, and please ensure that you remain professional, give players respect and have fun. Please refer to section 6 of this document if you see any inappropriate staff behaviour.
3. Absences
As a staff member, you will be expected to come on the server at least two times per week. If you become inactive for two weeks without reason, your position may be terminated. A rota will be set up and used based on your flexibility, and if, for whatever reason, you do not come on during those times, then you must inform us as to why you can’t make it.
4. Communication
Communication is key within the Thalwyrn staff team, please ensure that any staff who are coming online are aware of what has been going on either in the discord or server, to ensure that the staff member is up to speed.
There will also be staff meetings every other week for updates, community feedback, situations on the server, and more. Please ensure that you as a staff member attend these meetings. If you can not attend, please message a higher up stating why you can not participate in the staff meeting.
5. Authority
As a staff member, you must not abuse your staff powers. If staff powers are abused, then you may face termination. You must also not jokingly, ban, mute or warn any person as these will be logged officially into our records. You must also not be biased when giving a community member a ban, warn or mute. Finally, you must stick to the punishment tables unless escalated to management.

6. Reporting of Misconduct
If any Thalwyrn staff sees another staff going against the code of conduct, they must immediately report this to the Staff Lead. If not reported to the Staff Lead, you may also be going against the code of conduct and may be terminated.
